Terms and Conditions

Physical Gift Cards / Vouchers

Gift Card / Voucher comes with a limited validity period as mentioned at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards / Vouchers once sold cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Gift Card / Voucher cannot be exchanged with cash.
In case the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift Card, the balance will not be refunded.
Gift Card / Voucher cannot be used along with any offer/scheme/coupon.
Only the original copy of Gift Card / Voucher is valid.
Multiple Gift Cards / Vouchers can be used in a single transaction.
If the Gift Card is lost, misplaced or stolen, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner.
No duplicate Gift Card will be issued.
Physical Gift Card / Voucher is NOT REDEEMABLE on online transaction.
Physical Gift Card / Voucher CANNOT BE REDEEMED for Home delivery orders placed via phone or via web portal.
Gift Card / Voucher is valid for one time redemption only.

E Gift Cards

E Gift Card comes with a limited validity period as mentioned at the time of purchase.
E Gift Card can be redeemed both online and at stores.
E Gift Cards once sold cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Domino's Electronic Gift Card (EGC) is for ONE TIME USE ONLY, any unredeemed amount will get forfeited
Domino's EGC are available for any denomination between INR 100 and INR 3000.
Domino’s EGC can be used to purchase any Domino’s product on Domino’s India Mobile App/PWA.
Domino's EGC cannot be exchanged for cash
Once E gift card has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
No refund will be made for any lost Egift cards and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift cards balance.
Maximum one EGift card can be used per order.

Jfl at its own discretion may withdraw issuance/redemption of vouchers, without any prior notice in this regard.
Jfl's maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the purchase value of the voucher.
Redemption will happen on mobile platforms i.e. Mobile APP, and Mobile Website (PWA). In restaurants redemption will NOT be available.
Any pre-order discount like EDV, CRM, Combos and any after order discount like Late or any specific guarantee in place with Domino's will NOT be applicable.
Remaining balance in case if the order value is more than voucher value can only be paid by cash. (No other modes of payment are acceptable).

How and Where to Use

Physical Gift Cards / Vouchers are valid across all Domino's stores except at airports. Please present the voucher while placing the order.
E Gift Cards - E Gift Cards are only applicable online. TE Gift Card can be used to purchase any Domino’s product on Domino’s India website / all Domino’s restaurants ( For take away as well as delivery order) ( not in Dominos App / not in mobile browser) in India except the ones at the Airport. Please ensure that the order taker is informed in advance that payment mode is Electronic Gift Card(Either on call or on Dine In) . After closure of the order E Gift Card as a payment mode will not be acceptable.
