Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation of Order by Customer: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We encourage the Buyer to review the product listing or Experience before making the final purchase.
Return & Refund Policy for Gift Cards or E-Vouchers purchased on

Requests will only be considered, at Sellebrate’s discretion, for the following scenarios -

Gift Card(s) delivered was defective and is not usable

Gift Card (s) was damaged during the Shipping and not been redeemed

Incorrect Gift Card or E-Voucher was delivered

The conditions for Replacement requests will only be considered if the above is met and also -

The tags on the Gift Card should be intact.

The Gift Card should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

The Gift Card needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

Digital gift vouchers won’t be exchanged or returned unless agreed between Sellebrate and the customer.

A voucher should not have been partially or completely used.

An E-voucher should not be listed for sale at any Gift Card site.

In the event, that Sellebrate accepts the return request raised by the Buyer, the latter will have to return the product and then, the refund shall be credited to the Buyers account.
The return or replacement of any product delivered by the partner brands would be according to the terms and conditions of the particular brand.

Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders:

To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the pricing of product on the website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if any additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account.

The transaction may be considered fraudulent for the following scenarios:

A customer doesn't reply to the payment verification mail sent by

Customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification.

Misuse of another customer's phone/email.

The customer uses invalid email and phone number.

Overuse of a voucher code.

Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.

Customer returns an incorrect product.

Customer refuses to pay for an order.

The customer is involved in the snatch and run for any order.

On request, customer is not able to prove the ownership of the Gift Card or Voucher.

Gift card or Voucher being resold is not genuine.

Return & Refund Policy for Experiences purchased on

Customer can send a cancellation request after placing the order and getting on order confirmation email but before booking confirmation email is delivered to the customer.

The time duration between order confirmation email and booking confirmation email may vary experience to experience. will not refund any amount after customer receives the booking confirmation email. swill refund the entire amount incase booking cannot be confirmed due to unforeseen circumstances.

How to return a Gift Card?

Buyer needs to raise the refund request within 5 days from the date of delivery of Gift Card or Voucher to by email mentioning the order number and Gift Card details. Once Buyer has raised a return request, Sellebrate will initiate the refund after the required validation.

How to request a cancellation of an Experience?

Buyer needs to raise the cancellation and refund request to by email mentioning the order number and Experience details. Once Buyer has raised a return request by contacting us on Helpline number or customer care email, Sellebrate will initiate the refund after the required validation.

What is the refund process?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, refunds will be settled within 3 weeks once approved and would be online or via cheque.
