Physical Gift Cards / Vouchers

Gift Card / Voucher comes with a limited validity period as mentioned at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards / Vouchers once sold cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Gift Card / Voucher is valid on dine in, delivery & carry out at all Pizza Hut Restaurants.
Please hand over the original Gift Card / Voucher to the server at the time of placing the order dine in. Not valid on Online / APP Based Ordering.
Gift Card / Voucher is valid for 1 transaction only. Balance will be forfeited.
Multiple Gift Card / Voucher can be clubbed in 1 billing
Gift Card / Voucher can be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount and promotion.
In Case of Gift Card / Voucher usage on delivery, please announce your Gift Card / Voucher value and serial number to the order taker and submit the original voucher to the rider at the time of delivery.
No Change / Cash in Lieu of Gift Card / Voucher can be redeemed. The Gift Card / Voucher is redeemable only by the bearer.
No replacement / compensation is permissible of lost vouchers. Mutilated or Defaced Vouchers will not be honored.
This Gift Card / Voucher is not valid without the signature of the Authorized Signatory and valid till date.
Pizza Hut/ DlL / YUM reserves the right to alter any / all the Terms and conditions of this voucher anytime without any prior notice.
Pizza Hut / Sellebrate shall not be responsible for loss / misplace / theft of the Card from the Card-holder, in any manner whatsoever.
All disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi between user and Pizza Hut / Devyani International Limited.
