Physical Gift Cards / Vouchers

  • Gift Card comes with a limited validity period as mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • Gift Cards once sold cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
  • Gift Card is not a credit/debit or ATM card.
  • Gift Card cannot be used on the Arvind Store online.
  • Gift Card is freely transferable and redeemable for any product/merchandise at any participating store of Arrow / Arvind Brands in India, unless otherwise specified at the point of sale.
  • Gift Card balance is redeemable for merchandise only and will not be redeemed for cash.
  • Payment through Gift Card is NOT VALID during sales and promotions at local stores.
  • In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid by cash, credit card or debit card.
  • Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
  • Maximum of 5 Gift Cards can be used at a time in the store.

E Gift Cards

  • E Gift Cards - On ordering with us, you will receive an "ARVIND" Gift Card. This card is freely transferable to anyone of your choice and is redeemable for merchandise of your choice, across any of the participating retail outlets of the following brands - Ed Hardy, ARROW, Aeropostale, GANT, GAP, FLYING MACHINE, Nautica and US POLO ASSOCIATION. Please present the print out of this E Gift Card to the customer relationship officer prior to billing or when you want to redeem the card.
