Terms and Conditions

Physical Gift Cards / Vouchers

  • Gift Card comes with a limited validity period as mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • Gift Cards once sold cannot be canceled, returned or refunded.
  • Gift Card does not guarantee seating and ticket availability.
  • Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift Card is valid for use at PVR Cinemas (except PVR DC (Vasant Kunj) and PVR Opulent) box office, candy bar & online - www.pvrcinemas.com
  • Gift Card is not replaceable if lost and PVR shall be intimated immediately on loss.
  • No refund will be made for any lost Gift Cards and no revalidation is allowed for expired Gift Cards.
  • PVR Gift Cards cannot be purchased using movie vouchers or any credit card promotion.
  • Gift Card does not allow any top up.
  • Gift Card is a property of PVR and sale of card shall be subject to availability.
  • Any unused value cannot be refunded for cash.
  • If the invoice value is greater than the Gift Card value, customer can pay the balance amount through Cash, Debit Card, and Credit Card as the case may be.
  • If the Gift card is lost or stolen, neither will a new Gift Card will be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
  • Gift Card can be used to pay for tickets booked via www.pvrcinemas.com.
  • No refund of cash will be made for any items purchased with the Gift Card.
  • Gift Card can only be used for movie tickets and candy bar purchases.
  • Protect the card numbers and pin numbers to avoid misuse. In case the card number gets stolen, it cannot be replaced, nor cash refunded.
  • PVR Limited / Sellebrate shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using the Gift Card. The holder of the Gift Card shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the Gift Card.
  • PVR Limited reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
  • The cardholder shall not under any circumstances hold PVR Cinemas / Sellebrate liable for any losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from the Gift Card program.
  • All disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Delhi between user and PVR.

E Gift Cards

  • E Gift Card comes with a limited validity period as mentioned at the time of purchase.

  • E Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • E Gift Card can be used online only at www.pvrcinemas.com. They cannot be used at Cinema kiosks.
  • E Gift Cards are not valid in PVR DC (Vasant Kunj), and PVR Opulent.

How and Where to Use

  • E Gift Cards can be used online only at www.pvrcinemas.com. E Gift Cards are not valid in PVR DC (Vasant Kunj), and PVR Opulent.
