Physical Gift Cards / Vouchers

• Gift Card comes with a limited validity period as mentioned at the time of purchase.
• Gift Card is valid during the store product promotions and discount / festive / exchange offers.
• Should your purchase value exceed the value of the Gift Card, the differential amount of such purchase should be paid upfront at the store or online at the time of making such purchase.
• No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the Gift Card.
• Original Gift Cards needs to be presented to cashier at Croma store before final billing of your purchase.
• Defaced, torn, altered, spoiled or cancelled Gift Card is termed invalid and shall not be accepted at store.
• Physical gift card can be redeemed online partially for a single redemption and for the balance, it can be redeemed at Croma store multiple times
• Multiple card redemption for a single transaction is not currently valid online, it will be accepted only at Croma stores
• Once Gift Cards is issued, the company will not entertain any request from anybody for its cancellation.
• Unused balance on the Card will not be refunded or credited during its validity or after its expiry. It shall be the responsibility of the Gift Card holder to use full amount loaded on the Gift Card before the date of expiry of the Card.
• Croma / IRL / Sellebrate shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage or misuse of the Gift Card. The Gift Card holder shall have to ensure proper and authorized use of the Card.
• Redemption of Gift Cards by its bearer shall be valid discharge of the company’s liabilities in respect of Gift Cards.
• The Gift Cards is subject to applicable laws. The company and Gift Card holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory / judicial / competent authority from time to time in this regards.
• Any dispute need to be referred to Croma and the decision of the company shall be final.
• Infiniti Retail Ltd / Croma shall be entitled to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our Website and/or at any of the Croma stores.
• All disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai between user and Croma / Infiniti Retail Lmited.

E Gift Cards

• E Gift Card comes with a limited validity period as mentioned at the time of purchase.
• E Gift Card can be redeemed both online and at stores.
• E Gift Card is valid only for a single redemption. Partial / Multiple transaction on a single E Gift Card is not accepted. In case, if it is a partial redemption, balance wouldn't be refunded.
• No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the E Gift Card.
• E Gift Cards should be treated like cash. E Gift Card can’t be replaced / blocked or duplicated / reissued, if lost or stolen.
• Multiple card redemption for a single transaction is not currently valid online, it will be accepted only at Croma stores.
• Once E Gift Cards is issued, the company will not entertain any request from anybody for its cancellation.

How and Where to Use

• Physical Gift Cards / Vouchers - Gift Card can be redeemed at any Croma Store owned by the company and on www.croma.com and it can be redeemed against purchase of any product available.
• To redeem the card online, the redeemer needs to pen the 16 digit card number on the payment checkout page along with the pin number.
• The PIN NO is covered under the silver foil / scratch area, please scratch the foil area.
• E Gift Cards - E Gift Card can be redeemed at stores and online www.croma.com.
