  • E Gift Cards once sold cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
  • Valid only in Bangalore, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Mumbai
  • E Gift Card can be used on Freshmenu website, App and M-site
  • Any dispute should be referred to Freshmenu and the decision of Freshmenu shall be final.
  • If E Gift Card is purchased in a city not mentioned above, the amount will not be reimbursed/refunded
  • Entire E Gift Card amount will be redeemed and credited to the Fresh money wallet. After the amount is credited, it can be used across multiple order

  • Redeem your gift card: To add our GC to your Amazon Pay balance, Visit www.amazon.in/addgiftcard. Alternatively, you can redeem by entering Gift Card Code at "Amazon Pay- Add Gift Card" through app. If you are not an Amazon customer yet, please sign up.Enter the Gift Card Code.
  • Start Shopping! Choose from over 10cr + product on Amazon.in and selected third party merchants.Your gift card balance can be selected as a payment option during the checkout process. Alternatively, you can enter the gift card code during checkout
  • Pay using balalnce: Gift card added to your Amazon Pay balance will be available as payment method during checkout. Any unsused balance will remain in your Amazon account and can be used for subsequent purchases.
